What exactly is the Ghost Dance project?

Hey there, thanks for the comment. I was reading Rebecca Solint’s biography on Eaeweard Muybridge the photographer who documented the Modoc Wars. Towards the end of the conflict, the Modoc nation performed a ghost dance in hope of bringing back the dead to fight off the enemy forces. This dance was then compared to how we have achieved in some respect that dance in the form of cinema. By watching dead actors/tresses on film, they have been raised to the level of immortality. We are watching dead-people, as dark as it sounds we are, which interests me. So through videos like this, I’m focusing on those who have achieved immortality, in a ghost dance that we perform.
